台南南化區烏山南176線12日發生一起死亡車禍！一輛砂石車在下坡時翻覆，迎面撞到當時正在上坡的遊覽車，造成砂石車司機頭顱破裂、腦漿外溢，當場死亡，遊覽車駕駛與一名乘客也受傷，送醫治療後均無大礙。

遊覽車是南下要到烏山遊玩，車上載24人，卻因對向砂石車不明原因翻覆被撞上，擋風玻璃整個碎裂。

消防人員上午9時30分獲報，立即派人前往救援，發現砂石車司機被困在駕駛座上，救出時司機頭顱破裂、腦漿外溢，已經沒有生命跡象。

遭撞的遊覽車駕駛與一名乘客，被送往台南醫院新化分院治療，警方目前正釐清車禍原因。
