【動新聞】勸移車助殘胞　正義律師慘遭痛毆

【方翊倩／綜合報導】向來熱心公益的律師謝以涵，昨在高雄一家早餐店排隊買早餐時，看到一輛轎車擋住殘障人士機車，駕駛還作勢要毆打一名出面排解的婦人，謝挺身而出卻被轎車駕駛夥同友人痛毆。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，謝以涵表示，昨在早餐店買早餐時，高群凱開車擋住殘障人士機車，一名婦人見狀上前敲打高群凱車子的引擎蓋，請高男移車，高男居然下車嗆聲，作勢毆打婦人，他立刻上前勸阻：「是你自己擋路，不移開還想找麻煩？你的車號我記住了！」高男悻悻然說：「你是想怎樣？」然後上車駛離。謝隨後竟遭高男與同夥痛毆頭部、臉部、手臂及下肢，並被踹倒在地。

路見不平的正義律師對2名惡棍竟敢在光天化日打人，覺得「實在不可思議！」已經提告，並表示會對抗到底。
