正義律師遭毆　「捐款給社福團體可和解」

【王勇超╱高雄報導】律師謝以涵昨早在左營區「寬來順」早餐店，遭男子高群凱、楊富閎毆打。謝對高、楊提出傷害、強制罪、恐嚇等告訴，高、楊也反控謝男傷害、恐嚇、妨害自由。今天上午十時許，謝以涵到轄區啟文派出所說明，謝表示，他遭毆打時，為了制止對方繼續打他，才會抓住對方肩膀，「沒有傷害犯意！」而他遭毆打時，的確有告知對方：「我記住車號了，你給我小心一點！」，但他不是要恐嚇，「而是要讓對方知道我找得到他們，希望能讓他們停手！」

稍早當地果峰里里長曾瑞水來到啟文派出所進行調解，謝說，若高、楊願意道歉，捐錢給社福團體，「我願意和解。」

《蘋果》今上午重回案發現場，在「寬來順」旁擺攤且目擊事發經過的攤販表示，衝突發生前，有聽到律師對高嗆聲：「要打架，來啊！」事情才會一發不可收拾，但攤販也表示：「本來開車的年輕人沒有錯，後來出手打人就是不對了！」

對此，謝以涵表示，他沒有說對高、楊說過「要打架，來啊！」或類似話語。「寬來順」周姓老闆娘表示，昨早店內很多客人，沒聽到律師謝以涵與高、楊爭執的內容，「我們發現有人打架，就衝出去制止。」
