耍冷　馬英九：春聯上吳敦義3字不是我寫的

【陳郁仁／台北報導】總統馬英九今早探視陽明教養院，馬英九還在現場發放總統府的紅包袋和春聯給院生。院長孫麗珠告訴院生春聯上的字都是總統親自提的；怎知馬英九卻耍冷說「有3個字不是我寫的」，大家正一臉狐疑時，馬解釋說：「吳敦義」。

馬英九在致辭時說，過去5年政府投入1393億預算作社會福利，但這樣還不夠，政府要在這方面負起責任，「也希望立法院的《長期照護服務法》可以在本會期通過。」

陽明教養院是服務15歲以上中度、重度及極重度智能障礙，或合併情緒障礙和肢體障礙者。
