臉冒肝斑與肝病無關　而因紫外線曝曬

【蔡明樺／台北報導】一名53歲婦人6年前臉上冒肝斑，她誤以為是長期上大夜班太過操勞所致，自行買保肝藥服用，結果弄巧成拙，藥吃了4個月，兩頰的肝斑從點狀擴散成塊狀，就像一隻「大蝴蝶」印在臉上，出門得帶大墨鏡遮臉，日前為參加女兒婚禮，才就醫治療。醫師強調，肝斑是顏色近似煮熟的豬肝而命名，與肝病無關，紫外線曝曬才是致病主因。

收治病例的開業皮膚科醫師彭賢禮說，肝斑除因日曬外，荷爾蒙改變、用到含汞藥物或光敏感的化妝品也可能冒肝斑，藝人大嫂團之一的Vicky也曾產後臉上冒肝斑，她說，當時不敢亂吃藥，但上節目都為了遮醜傷透腦筋，深怕被觀眾發現。彭賢禮建議，入秋後日曬機會較少，適合治療肝斑，建議患者先抹一層乳液，再塗外用三合一除斑藥膏，最後再覆蓋上一層乳液保護，持續用藥1至2個月就能改善。
