大統以色素調油　橄欖油含量不到一半

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】知名食用油大廠大統長基食品公司「100％特級橄欖油」，衛生單位驗出橄欖油含量竟不到50％，多以較低成本的其他食用油混充，再以色素調色成「橄欖油」，吃多傷肝腎。彰化檢方昨搜索且傳喚董事長高振利(61歲)，訊後裁定以100萬元交保並限制出境。

《蘋果》報導，大統該款橄欖油標榜百分之百從西班牙進口的橄欖油製成，但彰縣衛生局食品衛生科長林毓芬說，經化驗其中含有葵花油及棉籽油，所用調色色素雖是合法食用色素，但食品藥物管理署未核准用在食用油，吃多會造成肝、腎負擔，已要求業者將問題油品下架，暫時不得生產相關產品。

大統長基董事長高振利（61歲）昨被訊問前對媒體說：「橄欖油是百分之百的，讚啦！」但看到檢調出示檢驗報告等證據後，即坦承該款油中，摻入其他成本較低的食用油。
