立院要求勞委會 逐年精簡3%派遣勞工

立法院衛生環境與社會福利委員會今天早上審勞委會預算解凍案，以數份主決議有條件通過全數解凍。其中，針對勞動派遣問題，主決議要求勞委會應加速研訂勞動派遣勞工保護法令，在法令未健全前，應逐年精簡3%派遣勞工人數，並爭取改為自雇。

提案的立法委員林淑芬表示，勞動派遣屬特殊的三方關係，現行派遣勞動在派遣法令未臻健全前，常淪為要派公司藉由派遣勞動，試圖儉省人事成本（包括資遣費、獎金酬金、福利），且不需要時就解雇，罔顧勞工權益。

主決議要求，勞委會身為勞工行政主管機關，應加速研訂勞動派遣勞工保護法令，在勞動派遣法令未臻健全前，應在兼顧必要業務及派遣勞工權益下，逐年精簡3%派遣勞工人數，並爭取改自雇，每年進行檢討，並提供受影響勞工必要的就業安全協助。
