【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】美國參議院今日稍早通過解套法案，讓聯邦政府開門邁向第一步。總統歐巴馬也發表談話，感性地感謝共和黨和民主黨的配合和團結。

歐巴馬說：「我非常希望和大家共事。」他說只要參眾兩院通過解套法案，他就會馬上簽字，讓聯邦政府開門。歐巴馬也說，感謝兩黨領袖完成任務，讓他看到了美國人的團結。
