​偷排廢水被抓　辯稱貼《蘋果》不敢犯法

【林媛玲／新北報導】新北市樹林區工興橋下日前發現乳白色廢水排放污染塔寮坑溪，環保局派員追查，發現群益鋁業深夜將酸性廢水偷，儘管業者領有排放許可證，卻為省下處理費惡意繞流排放，環保局今對業者處分60萬元罰款。

離譜的是，工廠老闆矢口否認偷排廢水，並狡辯該公司牆上特別貼有《蘋果》日報報導環保局破獲八里風帆碼頭變陰陽海新聞，目的在提醒員工不可犯法，但偷排罪證確鑿，老闆自知無法抵賴才承認犯案。
