美主權信貸　被列負面觀察名單

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國國會在周四提高國債上限限期逼近之際，仍未能達成協議，評級機構惠譽今日宣佈將美國的AAA主權信貸評級列入負面觀察名單。

另外，眾議院共和黨議員將提出一項新財政折衷法案，將聯邦舉債上限提高至可支持到明年2月7日，並向政府撥款至12月15日。新計劃將不包括先前要求的延後實施醫療器材稅，但將對總統歐巴馬的醫保改革增添修訂。

眾議院議長貝納的發言人表示，法案原定於當地周二晚間表決，但委員會後來宣佈押後法案辯論，參議院調高舉債上限和重開政府的協商也喊暫停。
