精障男揚言開瓦斯自殺　遭警強制送醫

【楊適吾、林振義／高雄報導】患有精神疾病陳姓男子，長期撥打119電話佯稱自殺，管區警察及消防隊員疲於奔命，上午八點多又接獲該男子的報案電話，要開瓦斯自殺，消防隊到場後感到無奈，紛紛表示：昨天晚上已經鬧了一晚了，今天又來了！在與該男子妻子連絡後，請她拿鑰匙開門，但男子反鎖屋內，直到男子將門開啟，警方趁該男子欲返回屋內時，強制將該男壓制，固定在擔架送醫。
