禁售大限逼近　三星盼歐巴馬出手解圍

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國國際貿易委員會（International Trade Commission，ITC）對三星電子（SAMSUNG）舊款產品的進口禁令，將於當地時間8日午夜（台北時間9日中午）生效。

據彭博報導，三星希望美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）能夠比照之前對蘋果（Apple）的相同待遇，推翻侵權產品進口到美國的禁令。

三星8月底曾致函歐巴馬任命的美國貿易代表傅洛曼（Michael Froman），強調全球都在關注，在這場智慧手機大戰中美國如何對待三星，暗示美國政府偏袒本土企業。

但傅洛曼接受彭博專訪時表示，他仍未決定是否推翻三星的禁售令，並指出，他的決定「與涉案各方的國籍絕對無關」。

三星希望比照蘋果，獲得歐巴馬高抬貴手。法新社
