馬來西亞也被盯上？林吉特創3年新低、股市7連跌

曾被匯豐(HSBC)點名為未來40年全球前30大經濟體當中最耀眼三顆星之一的馬來西亞，會成為繼巴西、印度、印尼之後下一個被外資盯上的追殺目標嗎？馬國第二季經常帳盈餘降至26億林吉特(7.9億美元)、創1999年初以來新低。

華爾街日報報導，外資持有馬來西亞債券的比重逼近50%。相較之下，外資佔新興市場債券的比重很少超過30%。qz.com 21日報導，馬國公債GDP佔比達53%、居東南亞之冠。今年6月，外資大賣馬國公債、金額達到創紀錄的66億林吉特(20.4億美元)。

惠譽(Fitch Ratings)甫於7月底以預算改革流於空談為由，將馬來西亞信評展望下修至「負向」。

XQ全球贏家系統的報價顯示，截至台北時間22日下午5時整為止，美元兌馬來西亞林吉特升值0.49%至3.309；盤中最高點3.322創2010年6月18日以來新高。8月迄今美元兌林吉特升值2.07%、連續第4個月走升。

馬來西亞KLCI綜合指數22日跳空下跌1.40%，收1,720.37點、創5月3日以來收盤新低，連續第7個交易日收低。

拜政治不確定性因素消除之賜，KLCI指數5月6日盤中一度大漲7.8%、創逾10年來最大盤中漲幅，當天最高點(1,826.22點)創歷史盤中新高。2001年迄今馬來西亞股市僅3度收低；今年迄今仍上漲1.86%。
