【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市1名45歲男子為了防範潭美颱風襲台，在住家附近做防颱工作，不慎踩到釘在木條上的15公分長釘子，男子當場大叫「好痛」。警消趕抵先將木條割短，再小心地將男子與插在腳上的木條搬上擔架，緊急送往醫院救治。
