高血壓吃壯陽藥險喪命　醫院拍微電影宣導

【石明啟／桃園報導】一位有高血壓病史男性，日前到藥房買壯陽藥，服藥後不久，臉及頸部開始潮紅，呼吸不順且困難，太太發現情形不對，打119由救護車把病人送到聖保祿醫院急診室。急診檢傷分類護理人員還沒開口詢問病情，病人就舉起雙手自掐脖子，護理人員研判可能食物噎住呼吸道，導致無法呼吸，馬上為他施行「哈姆立克急救法」，沒想到病患仍休克倒下，經緊急施行CPR急救才挽回生命。

經醫師詢問，太太才說出先生服用壯陽藥。聖保祿醫院護理部副主任藍章杰指出，高血壓病患服用壯陽藥，因血管擴張導致呼吸困難，民眾就醫時不要慌張，掌握病情一定要說清楚講明白，才能讓醫護人員有正確判斷與處置。

為讓民眾有正確認知，聖保祿醫院將這案例拍成微電影，由醫師護士粉墨登場，宣導正確CPR。
