【陳冠宇／台北報導】抽水機轟隆轟隆作響，水管不斷排出大量積水。潭美襲台豪大雨肆虐，昨深夜北市承德路上的八仙里，因豪大雨導致水淹民宅，民眾痛批：「大排阻塞當然淹」。

民眾表示因附近負責排水的大排淤積，導致雨水無法順利排去而淹水，政府單位平時都不去注意，等到颱風來才處理，根本是枉顧老百姓的性命
