行政院通過明年度中央政府總預算

行政院會今天通過主計總處編具的「103年度中央政府總預算案暨附屬單位預算及綜計表」，將函請立法院審議。

行政院長江宜樺表示，103年度中央政府總預算案雖受歲入財源限制，但為因應近期國內經濟成長趨緩，歲出仍適度正成長1.7%，其中公共建設經費更較上年度成長10%，以維持我國基礎建設能量，帶動經濟成長。

他表示，103年度中央政府總預算案將於8月底前送請立法院審議，請各部會首長務必深入瞭解各機關的計畫及預算，並主動掌握預算案審議情形。
