每年9、10月是大陸「金九銀十」的消費旺季，群益投信表示，十一長假可望帶動大中華股市消費、觀光等族群的營收，市場預期相關消費類股大有可為外，預估指數也有上漲空間。
根據群益投信統計，金融風暴2008年以後，包括台灣、香港、大陸3大指數的大中華股市「金九銀十」期間表現漲多跌少，其中表現最好在2009、2010年，3大指數平均漲幅逾1成；近一步統計近4年的平均表現來看，除了都正報酬外，香港以7%表現最佳，大中華股市3大指數平均也有5.35%漲幅。
群益華夏盛世基金經理人葉書弘表示，第4季是大陸製造業的傳統旺季，加上官方主導的刺激消費政策，促成零售銷售穩健增長，家電下鄉雖然到期，但取而代之的是消費性電子、節能電子刺激政策，將使高科技、電子相關消費蓬勃發展，預估將帶動1兆人民幣的產值。
群益大中華雙力優勢基金經理人陳培文強調，大中華現階段配置建議以香港為主、台灣為輔；其中香港主要布局可著重在包括電子商務與網路設備相關的消費類股，基礎建設相關、民生消費、資本設備類股可列為觀察。台股部分則是可以留意電子消費產業中電子新產品消費的鋪貨效應。
