有薪照顧假 朝野立委無修法共識

朝野立委對勞工能否比照公務員享「有薪家庭照顧假」無共識，每遇颱風就起波瀾。

行政院版修法草案主張，應在「停課不停班」及「家有12歲以下子女」兩條件都成立時，勞工請家庭照顧假才能支薪；但民進黨團批評「門檻太高」，應比照公務員每年無條件享5天有薪照顧假。

民進黨立委尤美女說，據勞委會統計，過去10年每年平均僅「0.3天」符合行政院版「高規格」請假條件，且現在地方政府為避免爭議，大多停課又停班，若按此版本通過，「支薪照顧假看的到，請不到」。且若需照顧對象是失能老人、身心障礙者等，則被排除在請假條件外，「很不公平」。
