【張欽／台北報導】廣告鬼才葉兩傳與名媛同居人賴郁芬，涉嫌侵占比利時珠寶商27顆價值上億元的鑽石，檢警掌握情資，認為葉近日打算將其中3顆鑽石攜往中國販賣，緊急發動搜索約談後，查出兩人涉犯侵占等罪，上周以有串證、逃亡之虞向法院聲押，但遭北院裁定各以200萬元交保。
 
檢方抗告成功，北院今天重開羈押庭，傳訊葉兩傳與賴郁芬到庭，訊後仍維持原交保裁定。
