「一路長綠」計畫 盼改善紅燈堵車 【聯合報╱記者莊宗勳／台南報導】 台南市多數道路交通號誌是同時變換，造成車輛無法一路暢行，引發民怨；市府交通局在 連接86快速道路的南區永成路試辦「一路長綠亮點計畫」，計算車行速度，延後亮綠燈， 希望能解決車輛走走停停的問題，之後還要推廣到中華西路等地。 「怎麼又是紅燈，煩死了！」許多駕駛都有類似經驗，才行駛一兩個路口就遇到紅燈，一 路走走停停，若車流量大，就要花上更多時間，讓大家怨聲載道，經常打電話到交通局抗 議。 交通局副局長林炎成說，為了改善狀況，市府擬定「一路長綠亮點計畫」，捨棄同時變換 號誌的慣例，而是依照路口距離與車速關係來調整切換號誌的時間差。 舉例來說，兩個路口距離300公尺，速限是60公里，過程約需18秒，所以先讓第1個路口亮 綠燈，15至18秒後再切換第2個路口的綠燈，依此類推，可有效增加車輛續進距離，像是 永成路的續進距離就從1500公尺增加到3300公尺，路程從4分50秒縮短到4分鐘。 林炎成表示，因此計畫需要長時間的交通流量調查與資料分析，像是尖峰、離峰時間車流 量差別，是否會影響對向車道，造成反效果，所以必須縝密計算，暫時無法全面推動，目 前僅在永成路等聯外道路試辦，以後再推廣到安吉路、中華西路、安和路與大同路等地， 預計10月底前陸續完成。 http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM5/8100088.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.8.132.23
