味全子公司頂率再增資；三重土地仍在變更

食品大廠味全（1201）於8/22代子公司頂率開發公告董事會決議辦理現金增資發行新股40,000,000股、發行總額為4億元，其中90%將由股東認購，主要增資用途為充實營運資金，而本次現金增資基準日訂於2013年12/6。至於頂率開發主導的味全三重土地開發案，據悉，目前三重土地仍處於土地變更階段，何時取得建照、時程還未定。

目前味全在頂率開發持股比例約達51%，已投入成本為29.58億元（持有2.958億股），頂率開發其他股東還包括頂新集團旗下不動產開發商--頂禾開發（主要負責台灣不動產開發相關事業）等等。

味全三重土地面積達1.5萬坪，係味全旗下最受矚目的不動產開發案之一。味全於2010年間以大約101億元金額得標取回三重土地後，後來在2010年12月由味全轉投資公司頂率開發以105億餘元、向味全取得該土地，並且主導開發。據悉可能引進日本團隊規劃設計、打造成為高級住商混合區，但目前整起開發案還停留在土地變更階段，何時取得建照仍未定。
