歐洲各國紛回春 挪威獨落寞

（中央社台北22日電）彭博社報導，正當其他歐洲國家紛紛脫離5年來的經濟痛苦，歐洲最大石油與天然氣生產國挪威仍在奮力提振需求。挪威掌控7600億美元的主權財富基金。

根據挪威銀行業龍頭DNB ASA，在追蹤的15個歐洲國家中，挪威是唯一明年經濟成長不會快馬加鞭的國家。最嚴重的阻力來自於消費者，理由是房價的漲勢逐漸消退，民間債務攀高，消費者掏腰包猶豫不決。

挪威曾是遠離歐債紛擾的避風港，如今復甦腳步卻趕不上其他已開發市場。經濟規模4800億美元的挪威第2季成長率僅0.2%，不及彭博社調查預估的1/3。消息一出，挪威克朗兌歐元一度挫貶1.5%，直到昨天貶勢還在持續當中。

挪威財政部長強生（Sigbjoern Johnsen）昨天在奧斯陸受訪指出：「2013年的成長可能低於趨勢。現在要定一個數字還太早。」

經濟出現走緩跡象之際，總理史托騰柏格（Jens Stoltenberg）所屬勞工黨為首的挪威政府，在民調中落後承諾減稅的在野陣營。雙方均已承諾，將運用該國全球最大的主權財富基金。挪威選民將於9月9日投票。

根據TNS Gallup 19日發布的民調，進步黨等以保守派為首的反對勢力將在國會斬獲97席，執政的一方則拿到70席。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）1020822
