高雄有毒販趁著颱風天運毒，因為不遵守交通規則，在慢車道上高速行駛，被巡邏員警攔下，搜出二級毒品安非他命170公克。

高市警局保大特勤中隊員警，巡邏路過新興區八德路與忠孝路口時，發現一輛汽車違規高速行駛在慢車道上，危及機車騎士安全，警察將車攔下，發現神情緊張的駕駛洪姓男子（26歲）身上散發K他命品味道。面對警方的質疑，嫌犯知道躲不掉，主動交出車上藏放的毒品安非他命。
