北市創高溫紀錄　學者：中國熱空氣東移所致

【張勵德／台北報導】今天北市下午13時58分出現攝氏39.3度高溫，創下1897年台北站設站以來的歷史高溫紀錄。中央大學大氣系副教授吳德榮表示，創高溫原因除了近日太平洋高壓籠罩影響之外，今天台灣附近吹西風，把目前在中國造成創紀錄高溫的熱空氣帶來，才導致北台灣出現極端高溫的現象。
 
天氣風險管理公司總經理彭啟明指，造成北市極端高溫主因是太平洋高壓籠罩，致使天氣晴朗、日照明顯，另外都市熱島效應，也是造成高溫的「幫凶」。
