曾模擬應訊？范佐憲稱不懂

(中央社記者邱俊欽、王鴻國桃園8日電）陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案中，542旅上下是否串證，成為攻防焦點。上士范佐憲今天說，他只有高職夜間部學歷，看不懂上級提出的模擬回答。

高等軍事法院重新開庭審理，決定是否羈押前542旅副旅長何江忠，前542旅連長徐信正、前542旅上士范佐憲。

審判長問到，何江忠當初是否向范佐憲等多名士官，說明未來面對軍檢調查時該如何回答，並提出模擬作答。

范佐憲說，何江忠只是希望大家實話實說，不要隱匿，只要回答是或不是。

至於何江忠是否提出2年前的另案文字內容供參考，范佐憲表示他只有高職夜間部學歷，「對於內容文字並不清楚，也看不懂」。

審判長問范佐憲對此有沒有要補充事證？范佐憲先是頓了一下，接著說，「沒有」。1020808
