千人律師連署挺大埔　控公權力違法

【綜合報導】近來大埔、華光等社運事件，接連造成參與的學生、教授被逮捕甚至起訴，台中律師公會、民間司改會等社團於網路發起「千位律師連署警告公權力違法」連署，短短十天就有逾千位律師參與，昨由台中律師公會理事長林志忠率約三十名律師，將千人律師連署書遞交法務部，受理陳情的法律司科長黃上峰表示，「會按程序處理」。

律師們正在設立「社運線上」社群，號召各界律師在類似大埔事件發生時，義務提供法律服務；律師柯劭臻表示，平台雖尚未完全建置完成，但社運人士若有需要，可透過司改會居間聯繫。律師群最後高喊「警告公權力違法」等口號後，轉往警政署另遞交聲明。
