廣大興案落幕　馬欣慰能做到對家屬承諾

【晏明強／台北報導】廣大興案在菲律賓正式道歉賠償後圓滿落幕，馬英九總統在臉書PO文表示，廣大興案的處理結果，令人欣慰，「向洪家人的承諾，政府做到了」，他也希望被害漁民洪石成的在天之靈，能夠安息。

馬說，這3個月交涉的過程中，我國態度理性、立場堅定、措施強硬，如今菲方公布調查報告，建議以殺人罪起訴8名開槍的海防隊員；菲國也派總統特使向家屬致歉並賠償；兩國更在6月14日並完成初步協商，同意未來執法不得使用武力，並相互通報執法行動，「我國對菲國的4項嚴正要求，都得到具體正面的回應」，外交部才解除了對菲國制裁。
