「市價徵收」落差大　10多名拆遷戶陳情

【曾佳俊／新北報導】「我們是三峽龍埔、不是苗栗大埔！」新北市三峽三樹路10多名拆遷戶，今天下午至新北市政府28樓地價評議委員會舉牌陳情，原因是不滿徵收土地費用每坪僅14萬元，不到附近相似基地每坪65萬的4分之1，當場泣訴辛苦一輩子買房，卻只換來這點補償，城鄉局表示，經請查估單位重新估價，現已每坪提升至25萬元，由於該地並非位於北大特定區內，地價實無法與其相提並論。
