桃園航空城都計分兩期開發 縣府：遺憾

內政部都委會今天審查桃園航空城都市計畫，審查委員在審議時，認為縣政府1次徵收民眾如此大面積土地，產業專區是否有此需求，對其必要性存疑，提出桃園航空城分成兩期開發，還有第1期產業專區招商率達到6成才能開始第2期的作業條件，大會審定通過桃園航空城都市計畫。

始終堅持1次到位不分期開發的桃園縣政府表達遺憾，分期開發對桃園航空城整體開發，可能會有一點影響，縣府會全力克服，同時也會堅守「先建後拆」的大原則。
