323政院流血驅離　王卓鈞等3人明將出庭

323政院流血衝突，23名受傷學生控告警政署長王卓鈞、台北市警察局長黃昇勇及中正一分局長方仰寧傷害案，預計明天開庭，三人都將親自出庭說明。
 
警政署表示，已接獲北院書面通知，強調本案一切依法執行勤務，驅離過程亦要求執法同仁不能傷及在場學生及抗議群眾。警政署也準備相關該事件蒐證及勤務規劃資料主動說明，強調會尊重司法調查程序。台北市警察局則表示，不會迴避相關責任，局長黃昇勇明日將出席庭訊，會就事實確實陳述。
 
中正一分局分局長方仰寧則指出，他尊重司法，明日也將會出庭應訊，並針對法官提問據實以告，方仍強調他是依法行政，當天政府機關遭違法強佔及破壞搗毀，警員亦受到攻擊受傷，身為轄區分局長，他當然必須維護其安全，否則便是違法失職，而且他也囑咐同仁在執法時不能傷及學生和群眾，他是行政權的執行者，面對司法時均會一一據實回覆，絕無欺瞞。（突發中心／台北報導）
