國防大學校長邱國正 接國防部副部長

國防部軍備副部長一職，自從原任副部長李翔宙於5月接任國安局長以來，已經懸缺近三個月。今天晚間人事終於底定：國防部宣布奉總統核定，由現任國防大學校長邱國正上將接任副部長，陸軍副司令鄭德美中將則接掌國防大學，並晉升為二級上將。
