公視董事無客籍社團質疑違法

公共電視明天將進行董事遴聘典禮，民進黨立委吳宜臻今天早上召開記者會，批評新任董事名單性別比例不足，客籍董事更是付之闕如。台灣客家智庫秘書長劉介修進一步質疑，公視缺乏客籍董事，將「客家電視台諮議委員會」無法組成，或組成違法。

劉介修表示，客家電視台諮議委員會的任務是監督客家電視台運作，依照該委員會設置辦法，委員會的正副召集人必須符合「董事」和「客籍」兩項要件；但因客台並無自己的董事會，辦法所稱的「董事」就是公共電視的董事會，如今公視沒有客籍董事，意味客台將無法組成諮議委員會。
