行政院國有土地活化利用政策底下的金磚土地上，法務部與財政部正在進行將地上物騰空還地的程序。這個地方是華光社區。
位在金華街上的小林電機行，也是住在華光社區三四十年的林家，在法律上是侵占公有地的違建。生活了一輩子，設籍在此、營業登記政府也核准，林家長輩林阿春不解活到六十幾歲，已屆退休之齡，會碰到政府提告拆屋搬遷，還得背上六百多萬不當得利的債務.........(閱讀全文)
