淡水三協成也染餿 主動下架問題食品

淡水知名餅店三協成餅舖也驚傳染餿，店內所販售的咖哩酥、綠豆凸、魯肉酥等小酥餅系列，為因應旺季的訂購單，除了使用自炸豬油外，也向芳福訂購50桶15公斤裝的香豬油，卻不幸身陷餿油風暴。

第二代傳人李志仁表示，看到芳福也疑似有用到餿油，就立即採集店內商品的檢體，主動送往衛生局查驗。他說，開店講求誠信，該負責任就是要負，即日起凡持8月25日至9月12日間的購買發票，就可到三協成餅舖辦理退貨。

至於同樣位於淡水的供應豆沙餡的銘珍食品廠，由於今日是假日，工廠並沒有人上班，廠方人員表示，衛生局的確有到廠進行查封染餿產品，而詳細情況公司將會在擇日公開說明。
