升息止步　紐元創7個月新低

紐西蘭央行決議維持基準利率3.5%不變，並調降通膨預估，暗示將按兵不動觀察更長一段時間，並稱紐元偏高，帶動紐元應聲走貶，創7個月新低。澳洲就業數據意外大好，則帶動澳元強勁反彈。
 
紐西蘭央行總裁惠勒（Graeme Wheeler）說：「在考慮進一步調整政策之前，觀察並評估一段時間是謹慎之舉。」決策出爐後紐元自高點回落，一度貶值0.7%至81.66美分。
 
紐西蘭央行昨調降通膨預期，預估至明年3月底的1年，通膨率將只有1.4%，低於6月預估的1.8%，估計到2016年下半年都不會達到2%，較3個月前預估的時間晚了1年，不過，紐國至明年3月底止的今年度經濟成長率可達3.2%，優於6月預估的2.7%，央行同時下調90天銀行票據利率預期，意味直到明年上半年可能都不會再調升基準利率。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
