父開車撞電桿　母懷中1月大女嬰傷重不治

宜蘭前晚發生父疑疲勞駕駛撞電桿，1月大女嬰傷重不治悲劇。警方調查，22歲水電工賴姓男子，本月7載妻子及2女兒出遊，當天下午8時55分，由羅東方向要返回李女三星鄉娘家時，行經三星路4段與月眉路叉口時（距李女娘家約300公尺遠），賴男以約60公里速度，不慎撞上路口旁電桿。
 
衝擊力過大，車頭半毀，李女與懷中抱著的1月大女嬰，猛然撞擊乘客座前的置物櫃，女嬰頭部與頸部受重創，李女胸部挫傷，賴男與後座安全座椅上的大女兒無恙。事故發生後，李女與女嬰被送往羅東博愛醫院急救，但女嬰因傷重於昨天下午4時許宣告不治，李女仍住院治療。
 
三星警分局表示，女嬰父母未依「小型車附載幼童安全乘坐及實施宣導辦法」第4條規定，未讓1月大女嬰乘坐在安全座椅上，才發生不幸，將依同辦法第31條規定，裁罰台幣1500元至3000元。（游芳男／宜蘭報導）
