再提都更政策　​連勝文：都更處升格都更局​

國民黨台北市長候選人連勝文日前提出「遷移一殯改建青年帝寶」政策，引發話題，連今天下午在台北市東光教會與里民座談時提出要把台北市政府都更處提升為「都更局」；連強調，都更對台北市民來說是重要事情，把都更處提升為都更局，增加單位員額以強化行政效率，這是他在今年年初就曾提出的政見。

連勝文指出，再來是要強化現有機制運作，包括都更中心平台運作能力，很多市民希望政府能做一個中間、公平角色，他未來提出都更完整政策時，會把這個平台的角色定義的更清楚，並強化功能，檢討各區域都市計畫、法規與社區特色，促成台北市都市更新往這個方向發展，保障社區居民利益。（陳培煌╱台北報導）
