東海大學食品科學系教授蘇正德說「一天一滴餿水油無害」，引起外界批評，現在被爆出他是餿水油強冠公司少東葉力瑋的指導教授，使得他為餿油掛保證的動機，令人質疑。

蘇正德8日在三立新聞台《54新觀點》節目上，仍稱餿水油無害，還親自品嘗一匙全統香豬油，笑稱「不錯吃」，並強調吃下去不至於造成傷害。今日出版的《中國時報》報導，「宅神」朱學恆在臉書PO出2張照片，並在談話性節目，直指蘇正德正是強冠少東葉力瑋（目前在強冠擔任課長職務）的碩士論文指導教授，並提出強冠公司持股轉入明細，強冠董事葉文祥將股票讓予給其子葉力瑋，證明葉力瑋的身分。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
