企圖強吻男警　醉運將妨害公務罪判刑

新北市一名49歲賴姓運將去年10月酒駕計程車遭警攔檢，不但拒絕酒測，還企圖強吻男警員，今被新北地院依酒駕及妨害公務罪判刑4個月、得易科罰金12萬元，緩刑2年確定。

判決指出，去年10月31日晚間，賴男在新莊友人家飲酒吃飯後駕駛計程車，行駛一段路後，自認喝太茫，乾脆將車停在路旁，附近商家查覺車輛停放許久未發動，擔心車內人員安全，趕緊報警，陳姓警員聞到車內有酒味，要求賴男酒測，賴男不僅咆哮拒絕，還企圖強吻警員嘴唇，陳警連忙用手阻擋，反遭賴男掌摑左臉。

事後警員聯手壓制賴男，發現他酒測值高達0.3毫克，新北地院考量賴男始終認罪，且自行發覺酒醉就停止駕車，加上家庭貧寒，須扶養數名家人，同意讓他支付9萬元交換緩刑2年。（孫友廉／新北報導）
