Lamigo桃猿洋投泰霸（Mitch Talbot）7日對義大犀牛先發，投7局沒失分，林智平轟出本季個人第1支全壘打，而且第31盜，穩居盜壘王，終場桃猿5比0擊敗犀牛，拖住犀牛想在下半季封王的步伐。

犀牛輸了這一戰，下半季戰績23勝19敗，雖仍是第一，但與桃猿、獅隊的勝差差距縮小，要拚下半季冠軍，還有苦戰，桃猿則是21勝1和22敗。

泰霸生涯在美國大聯盟出賽43場、41場先發，戰績12勝19敗、防禦率5.30，其中2010年效力印地安人隊時，戰績10勝13敗、防禦率4.41，2012年泰霸轉戰韓國職棒三星獅隊，戰績14勝3敗、防禦率3.97。

上周泰霸加入桃猿，對中信兄弟先發6局被擊出5支安打失1分、不是責失，拿到勝投，今天對犀牛先發，泰霸依舊有精采演出，前5局讓犀牛三上三下，直到6局下才被藍少白敲出第1支安打，先發7局只被打出2支安打沒失分，贏得勝投（2勝0敗）。

林智平是幫助泰霸拿到勝投的重要功臣，1局上他轟出陽春砲（本季第1轟），5局上敲出安打，接著盜上二壘，本季第31盜，穩居盜壘排行榜第一名。
