歐銀還想再寬鬆　前總裁：小心副作用

歐洲央行（European Central Bank，ECB，歐銀）上周意外宣布降息，拖累歐元急貶，兌美元失守1.30大關。本周五歐銀總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）將發表演說，市場將從中解讀更多歐洲版QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）訊息。

德意志銀行（Deutsche Bank）表示，德拉吉一直心繫歐元區低通膨狀況，若歐銀近期的超寬鬆貨幣政策仍不見預期功效，歐銀終需跟進美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）先前大規模收購公債的全面QE措施。

不過歐銀前總裁特里榭（Jean-Claude Trichet）接受美國財經媒體CNBC專訪時指出，儘管歐銀將基準利率降至新低0.05%的作法，凸顯出央行認真看待歐元區低通膨的態度，他也信任歐銀收購「資產抵押證券」（Asset-Backed Securities，ABS）的措施「極為重要」，但他同時也警告，以近零利率提供無限制流動性，將產生意料之外的副作用，資產泡沫風險恐在所難免。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
