余皓然和呂文婉錄超視《請你跟我這樣過》談如何排除體內的垃圾迷思，沒想到余皓然首先爆老公王中平的料，她透露醫生告知王中平尿酸過高，吃太多海鮮、內臟，要小心痛風，結果馬上被大家吐槽：「富貴人就是會得富貴病。」節目專家也教大家如何判別體內垃圾過多的迷思和線索，呂文婉表示最近開始響應慢跑，她跑4公里，結果卻鐵腿兩個禮拜，外加背痛、膝蓋痠痛，讓她哭笑不得。(蔡維歆／台北報導)
