醋妻疑夫有外遇　狠剪下體沖馬桶

福建福州1名年約35歲男子，與妻子育有1個孩子。昨（6日）凌晨3時許，男子應酬大醉歸來。妻子突然用剪刀剪斷正在睡夢中的丈夫命根，然後扔進馬桶沖走。

中新網報導，幸虧同住的老父及時發現並報警。男子隨後被警員送至福州總院泌尿外科緊急手術。醫生表示，男子下體幾乎全斷，勢必影響夫妻性生活，至少目前保住了他的性命。

知情人士透露，行凶的妻子一直懷疑丈夫有外遇，才會痛下毒手。目前女子已被警方逮捕，刑偵大隊也介入調查。昨晚受傷男子躺在病床上，父母陪在身邊照顧，但都拒絕中新網記者的採訪。

福建國富律師事務所魏寶表示，故意傷害罪(重傷)的法定量刑幅度是3年以上(含3年)10年以下有期徒刑。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
