標題[問題] 這該如何向老闆提?

友人沒有帳號，此文為替友人代問。 朋友在一間小公司任職 她是接替A的職位，A帶了她一週即離職 此職位是由A與B兩人做搭配 (原本就都是兩人做搭配在AB前就是) 此工作繁雜且有些內容需花費較多時間 但聽說前陣子因為B失禮(?)得罪老闆 因此老闆以工作量減少這個原因請她走人 但是友人擔任此職缺一段時間後 覺得只有一個人相當吃力，分身乏術 就算有特休或颱風假也是看得到放不了 (有兩人才可以互相cover及分工合作) 因為工作上有時間性的壓力 忙到中午無法休息，吃飽就開始做事 連水都快沒時間喝 她想跟老闆要求再徵一名同事 但是不曉得該如何提出 希望大家可以幫忙給點意見，謝謝各位。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 27.242.27.163 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410122971.A.5F5.html
