歐巴馬將公布對IS的戰略

上周說白宮對伊斯蘭國「還沒有戰略」而挨諷挨批的美國總統歐巴馬，即將宣布其戰略，他周二 (9日)將會晤美國國會領袖，周三將對全美民眾發表演說 (周三是紐約世貿中心恐怖攻擊13周年前夕)。他在美國電視網NBC上周六錄製於白宮、次日播出的訪談中說：「我要美國民眾了解伊斯蘭國是一種怎麼樣的威脅，以及我們將如何對付它，而且我們會有信心能夠對付它。」
