北市府強拆文林苑　郝龍斌二度不起訴

文林苑都更案雖已落幕，但前年3月27日文林苑王家遭北市府強拆，警方驅離靜坐學生和民眾時發生警民衝突，多名抗議民眾受傷，事後與王家人一同怒告台北市長郝龍斌、士林分局前分局長江慶興、都更處長林崇傑與副處長簡裕榮，涉嫌傷害、強制與毀損等罪， 4人去年獲不起訴處分，受傷民眾聲請再議，士林地檢署今仍處分4人不起訴。
 
受傷民眾指控，當時被警員強制驅離，頭撞到工地圍籬，被鐵屑刺中眼睛，導致角膜受傷；另名民眾也說自己被警察拖行，還被踢傷腰部。
 
但檢方認為，當時市府人員要執行代拆職責，才指揮警員驅離抗議民眾，且蒐證光碟並無警員傷害民眾的舉動，加上王家人已與都更建商樂揚建設達成和解，且撤回毀損告訴，因此仍給予4人不起訴。（吳珮如／台北報導）
