成龍獨子染毒　房祖名持毒百克恐判4年

柯震東在北京吸毒被逮，一同被逮的還有巨星成龍之子、31歲的房祖名，他除了吸毒，北京住處也被搜出1百多克大麻，並涉犯「容留他人吸毒罪」，估計將判3年或4年徒刑。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，成龍2009年是中國禁毒宣傳大使，不料獨子碰毒，他與妻子林鳳嬌相當痛心難堪。成龍昨從國外趕到北京，處理兒子坐牢事宜。房祖名經紀公司昨發聲明：「藝人現在拘留所，無法與本人取得聯繫。現暫代房祖名向社會公眾致歉。」

房祖名此次吸毒被逮觸犯《中華人民共和國刑法》，容留他人吸毒最高可處3年徒刑，持有毒品最高可處無期徒刑，北京刑事法律師劉曉原分析，房祖名持有1百多克大麻不算「情節嚴重」，且不是可處死刑的販毒，法官量刑不會太重，「罪名若全部成立，大概被判3年或4年」。（胡治言／綜合報導）
