日月光條款三讀通過　追違法企業獎補助

上市公司日月光去年偷排毒廢水事件，引發社會譁然，立法院今三讀通過《產業創新條例》部分條文修正案，公司或企業最近三年因違反環保、勞工或食安等相關法令，且情節重大者，不得申請產創獎勵或補助，並應追回違法期間內獲得的獎勵或補助，修法內容被視為「日月光條款」。

通過條文還規定，沒違反相關法律的公司，可在投資於研發支出金額的十五％限度內，抵減當年度應納營利事業所得稅額，並以不超過當年營所稅額度三十％為限。

另外，立院還配套修正《稅捐稽徵法》第四十八條，對於觸犯環保、勞工、食安等法律情節重大企業，將由中央目的事業主管機關通知財政部，取消租稅獎勵。（李英婷／台北報導）
