立院三讀　進口米混充國產最高罰1500萬

泉順公司在去年以低價越南米混充台灣山水米引發爭議，立法院今三讀通過《糧食管理法》修正案，禁止國產米與進口米混充，違者罰鍰由現行最高15萬元，提高到10萬至1500萬元，且可按次處罰；違規情節重大者，主管機關得令停止經營全部或部分項目糧食業務，甚至廢止糧商登記。
 
該修正案還通過標示不實或攙偽假冒銷售，罰鍰將由現行的20萬元提高到400萬元，且主管機關得要求相關商品於3天內下架、1個月內回收；如未在期限內下架，最高得處300萬元罰鍰。
 
此外，除了納管散裝米，修正案也納管五穀米、十穀米等「稻米含量達50％以上的混合米」，並要求完整管理，相關修正條文將在完成三讀並公布六個月後施行。（李英婷／台北報導）
